Aroma Potential

Gives a fruity wine of intense dark red color, full bodied, full-bodied, tannic - supple tannins -, and sometimes lacking in acidity. Aromas of sandalwood, cherry, raspberry, blackberry, smoky notes, red pepper (ripe paprika), green pepper, vanilla.
