Information
Aroma Potential
Gives a quality, decent wine, dark red in color with purplish reflections, with soft and supple tannins with the presence of diglucoside anthocyanins (finer than that produced with Maréchal Foch), still possessing enough acidity, to drink shortly . If possible, we prefer vinification by carbonic maceration which will have the effect of eliminating a large part of these fox aromas. Aromas of chocolate, eucalyptus on the finish, black fruits (blackcurrant, red cherry, raspberry, ...), smoked.
