Muscat Oliver

Artificial cross of Pozsonyi Fehér × Csaba Gyöngye, Muscat Oliver was obtained in 1930 in Hungary and marketed in 1975. Its official name is Irsai Olivér. In Switzerland, this precocious grape variety, sensitive to frost and powdery mildew, is called Muscat Oliver, and it produces light and fruity wines, to be drunk young.
