Ravel Blanc

New cross obtained in 1990, work of Silvia and Valentin Blattner.Very good resistance to downy mildew (oidium and peronospora) and botritis, minimal use of fungicide.The good growth of this variety adapts easily to crops and therefore requires less labor.The clusters consist of many grapes, golden yellow, small in size.The taste and fruitiness resemble Sauvignon Blanc.
